Peak ABC #2061 Folding Magnifier - Multiple Magnifications

This Peak ABC magnifier is a precision folding magnifier, consisting of an A lens (12x achromatic), a B lens (3x plano-convex) and a C lens (6x plano-convex). These three, coated, high-quality optical glass lenses allow seven different magnification factors. The silicate glass lenses used here are not only resistant to scratching, they are also distinguished by their high depth of field and extremely high contrast image. These magnifiers are produced using UV-absorbing crown glass; the same type of glass as used for corrective eyeglasses (refractive index n= 1.52). The housing and lens frame is aluminum. These magnifiers are ideal for checking and inspection as well as observing natural phenomena. The magnification table on the rear of the magnifier indicates the lens combinations required for the various magnification factors. When using always ensure that the Peak lettering always points upward.
