After receiving your order, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and return individual items or the entire order to us within 14 days.

For the sake of the environment, return shipping is NOT free of charge with us. With this measure we reduce unnecessary parcel shipping and instead rely, even before the purchase, on expert advice by e-mail and telephone and on detailed product descriptions. If desired, our customer service will create a chargeable return label for the return shipment. The cost of the return label will be offset against the refund.
Please fill in the withdrawal form legibly and enclose it with your return. To avoid transport damage and subsequent complications, please make sure the items are well padded.
If you would like to organise the return shipment to us yourself, please address the parcel to the following address and keep the proof of postage with the tracking number in a safe place.
