SMD LED (SMD: Surface Mounted Device; LED: Light Emitting Diode) – special, miniature LED with a higher luminous power than conventional LEDs. cera-tec® The extremely resilient cera-tec® coating was specially designed in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicate Research (ICS) for our PXM® lenses. It provides the lenses with all-around protection and ensures reliability, comfort and relaxed vision for the user.
