Easy Handling - Simply place the microscope on the measuring field, focus - done. Due to the clear acrylic base, the area to be examined is visible from all sides, and the measuring point is easier to locate. Focus is achieved by coaxially turning the tube. The optical system consists of an objective and an eyecup. Since all lenses are coated, sharp and high-contrast images can be achieved. The eyepiece has a 10x magnification, and the focal plane is equipped with a scale. By rotating an adjustment ring, the scale can be adjusted according to the viewer's diopter. The image in the eyepiece is reversed. The focal plane is located in the lens system, thus excluding dust contamination of the scale (Huygens eyepiece).

There are seven types of objectives available: 2x, 4x, 6x, 10x. The eyepieces with integrated measuring scales corresponding to the respective magnification (objective) can be easily replaced by pulling them out. If additional objectives are only used for visual inspection, no additional eyepieces are needed.

The side illumination allows measurements on dark surfaces or in dimly lit rooms. Operation requires two 1.5-volt AA batteries (not included). The microscope is supplied in a padded transport box. It provides secure space for four additional objectives, which are available as accessories.
