The black lens housing prevents reflections and the casing is made of high-grade stainless steel, making the magnifier extremely robust and providing maximum protection in demanding working conditions. The loupe head is riveted to the casing to prevent loosening compared to screw-mounted designs. The end tube is hollow, allowing a lanyard to be attached.

Equipped with an aplanatic lens system, this SCHWEIZER magnifier meets the highest optical standards. The scratch-resistant lens delivers a very sharp, high-contrast image. SCHWEIZER uses UV-absorbing optical crown glass (refractive index n=1.52), similar to prescription lenses.
